So, do you guys think this was all just a pump and dump before the end, politically motivated, or what? I think it was GAB's work around to get political advertising back on gab for the election year. Remember how when Trump was looking for a place after he got booted off twitter his team's conditions were that they could censor and control who would be able to reply to them? Every "update" has been along those lines. The ability to remove other peoples' comments was the start of it. This latest is to stop people being able to post memes under the political electioneering posts (like warpspeed reminders for team Trump). It's all about the election. |

I think Torba was probably personally burnt by Team Trump refusing Gab - like, it was a real personal low point. After that he's done all he can to get them onto Gab. He had that conservatard nigger and the jewess with the gun giveaway. He got into bed with Nick the Spic and non-naming Milo. Since that point he's been implementing changes to let people remove unwanted stuff. |

Do you think the pro-Christian, pro-free speech, thing was ever an actual objective, or it was jus ta marketing ploy?

Do you think the pro-Christian, pro-free speech, thing was ever an actual objective, or it was jus ta marketing ploy? I mean, I don't know the guy, but I think that he genuinely believes his own propaganda. He seems like the sort of guy who sniffs his own farts and he's definitely gone hard naming the jew. I just think that the personal desires of Torba (Christian Nationalism) and the pathway to achieve it (promote con-inc and Trump) are at odds and he doesn't see it. |

I think he's missing the point- getting so focused on growth at any cost to achieve the dream that he's killing the dream's essence to make progress. |

So let's say torba undoes this whole media upload policy should we consider the bridge burned whether or not he apologizes? He'll probably reverse policy after about two months. Any earlier and people will demand a refund especially given that he DOUBLED the lifetime membership fee from $500 to $999.
