Let's just pretend nobody saw those.

I've immediately gone from barely herding two groups to now having an additional three and I still have to make another one before it affects the show. View Attachment>>;; Attachments:

My kids aren't old enough to be finding their own, but I assume they'll be like this for me in the future. I've had them watch Hunter x Hunter, Dragonball Z, and Teasing Master Takagi, much to their delight. My oldest is about to be a teenager, so she finds shows and binges like I used too back in the day. Although she's growing up, so her tastes are changing for sure. She doesn't want all the weeb posters on her walls anymore lol. My two youngest, 3 and 2, like to watch when I have it one bc it's different than Bluey and old Disney films. Although they BOTH absolutely LOVE Ghibli films. Each kid has their own favorite film with blankets, plushies, and collectible backpacks to match. My wife finds these cute classy things for the girls that are still nerdy to make me happy. I'm definitely blessed beyond what I deserve that's for sure. My tastes as a teen were rather... well, I first really discovered anime late at night on the foreign language channel as a 12 year old. Enough to say that I spent a good 5 years self identifying with Shinji Ikari. So I'm pretty cautious as to what I expose my kids to. But my wife and I have sat down and watched Highschool of the Dead together (with much laughter) and Darling in the FranXX resulted in our 4th child.

View AttachmentShinzo Abe would be proud, my fren. Yeah I echo the "self-identify with Shinji Ikari" thing. I totally get what you mean. Luckily there's LOTS of great shows for kids too. If It's To Defend My Daughter, I'd Defeat A Demon Lord, Bofuri, Little Witch Academia (maybe more middle school aged) to name a few.

Sometimes they trick you. Like the one with the girl who is Nyarlethotep. It seems like a comedy for 5 episodes, then BAM! It's suddenly a romance. Wait....which one? The one with the "Sons of Bitches" theme song...Hayore! It has some good characters, but it goes hard romance so fast.

People think they know scrolling, but do they know scrolling through pages of replies and not knowing which to respond to?
You should show your kids FotNS and Casshan and teach them to be badasses.

It's not reciprocated, though. I didn't like it overall, but it's not trash.
